The Lakes beauty settles beneath the trees
as Kelps boating has you on your knees.
Splashes surround the swimming pool
as Grev and Salty take to their stool.
At the barn the horses play
The barn staff are busy stacking hay.
'Bleeep' goes the sound of the air horn
-the aerie silence now been torn.
The roar of the golf cart comes into life
the admin staff not full of strife.
Lifeguards run to the lake, unsure of whats going on
Jumping into kayaks with their game faces on.
The squirrels came by, too scared of attention
dont want to be seen, nor have any mention.
The big black bear comes out to play
a child screams then runs away.
The smell of burning marshmellows in the air
and the dark hersheys and crackers all disappear.
The sound of songs being sung
campers of all sorts -having fun.
Lights out, in bed
time for sleep, big day ahead
